Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This is a tremendous opportunity for a digital marketer with 2+ years of experience who wants to further their career and create immediate value in a rapidly growing company. Reporting directly to Verséa’s Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager, this position will assist the rest of the marketing team in the development and implementation of our digital strategy, building our e-commerce presence, driving the communication effectiveness of our corporate websites, and growing our business.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other fields that enhance ability to create original content relevant to promote business products and services.

Experience Required:

Previous experience in Marketing with an emphasis on analytics, design, and digital marketing is highly desirable. Prior sales and customer service experience in a business environment is preferred. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.


  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Ad copywriting & content creation
  • Develop visual assets for digital campaigns

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and effectively
  • The ability to define priorities, multi-task, and complete work assignments in a timely manner
  • Background in digital marketing, ecommerce, and/or healthcare sales
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce website platforms, including Shopify
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, including HubSpot
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, processes, and strategies
  • Experience building and optimizing automated marketing funnels
  • Experience with online advertising platforms, including Google Ads
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and online community development
  • Familiarity with branding, design, and adherence to a defined graphic style guide
  • Strong desire to enhance digital marketing knowledge

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS
  • Experience with creative software, including Adobe Photoshop
  • Great team member and strong problem solver who will own their own given processes
  • Quick learner capable of handling several systems and relating data between them
  • Demonstrates willingness and capability to work across-channels and take on tasks outside of the job description
  • Assertive, yet willing to take criticism, to improve overall effectiveness
  • Excellent time management skills to meet schedules and publishing dates

Graphic Designer

Verséa Health is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can communicate their vision, create high quality print and digital designs, and collaborate across disciplines to tackle design projects from conception to launch. Will be responsible for creating visually engaging communication to support a variety of business needs. Through leadership and collaboration, the Graphic Designer ensures delivery of the highest quality brand content for all graphics and digital outputs in support of all Verséa products.

The ideal candidate will be a creative leader who has strong conceptual skills and is a master of Adobe Creative Suite. This person will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling design solutions for sales materials and a variety of digital and print collateral that will attract our ideal customer. This person will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and will report to the Product & Brand Marketing Director.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, business strategy and Sales team needs, while keeping deliverables consistent with brand voice, tone and look.
  • Work with key stakeholders to set the vision for how to engage target audiences and drive action/results through sales materials and other designed pieces.
  • Take a project from concept to completion as outlined by internal stakeholders.
  • Constructively troubleshoot and pivot as needed with positivity while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solve design projects and work independently from brief directions to quickly provide solid design executions.
  • Willingness to expand both artistic and technical abilities by taking on tasks or projects that require developing new skills.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Graphic Arts or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in delivering best-in-class graphic design.
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Great eye for design and extraordinary attention to detail, while still working under strict timelines.
  • Experience of prioritizing multiple, concurrent projects with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage several projects with short deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Must be motivated, and a self-starter when it comes to creative design concepts and innovative solutions to unique needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to all audiences and partners.
