POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager (WFM) plays a vital role in achieving the company’s success. This is accomplished through strong inventory controls, efficient warehouse operations and the timely & accurate delivery of customer products. The role will ensure the warehouse is properly trained and staffed, while maintaining the ability to quickly flex as needed to support peak volume demands. The sales operations coordinator (SOC) is a key member of the Ophthalmic sales team and directly responsible for facilitating the Ophthalmics’ sales process by supporting field sales representatives with the coordination of meetings and sales activities, serving as the first line for incoming customer service, placing all verbal orders and ensuring their shipment, and ensuring timely AR follow up.
Responsibilities include setting up sales activities and ensuring all marketing materials are made available to the sales team, ensuring order accuracy, coordinating with the marketing services team, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction. Requires excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills, as well as possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
